Domestic Custom Hats
Our minimum order is 50 hats per design. The price shown includes the cost of the blank hat. Designs over 10K stitches may incur additional charges. If you'd like to split the order into multiple hat colors / styles (embroidery design and color will be the same) you can split this amount into max two fabric colors. This will add an additional $1 per item onto your order.
If you're looking to do under the 50 hat minimum we have in place then we highly recommend ordering wholesale blank hats from us and having them decorated by a local embroiderer or screenprinter.
We can have your order of blank hats shipped directly to them.
We can split the hat itself into two different colors for an extra $1 per hat. Please note that the logo design as well as colors must be the same on all hats in the order.
We can add embroidery to our hats in roughly 2-3 weeks.
If you need to add a patch, please account for 2 additional weeks.
If you want to see a specific color, fabric, or style, we recommend purchasing our Swatch Booklet to see all your options.
You can now order a custom sample HERE before you make a bulk order with us. It is $200 for the sample. If you end up placing a 150+ hat order with us, we'll deduct the cost of this sample from your order.
Please fill out your specs HERE and complete payment to begin the customization process. Once submitted, please email us vector artwork—to size—if you haven't already uploaded it above, so that we can get you a digital mock for your approval and get you on our schedule. Once we have approval, we'll get you on our production schedule! Production can take up to 2-3 weeks.

It depends on what you want your hat to look like! Our max embroidery size is 2.5" x 5". We need vectorized files of your artwork saved as an .ai, .eps, or .pdf file. Please do not send us flat images just saved as .ai, .eps, etc. – they need to be vectors.
Please make sure to outline your text -
- Select the type that you want to convert into outlines. Once this is selected scroll over to the “Type” drop down at the top of your screen.
- Select “Create Outlines” from the drop down.
We always recommend taking out a hat and a tape measure to figure out what logo size works best for your artwork. You could even size it up on your computer, print it out, and lay it on the front panels of a hat to give you a better idea!
Since we are using our existing blank hats for decoration, we cannot make any adjustments to the hat itself.
If you'd like a different strap or don't want the WELD logo on the brass clasp, we recommend choosing our Overseas Custom Hat program.
Overseas Custom Hats
Our minimum order is 150 hats per design. Sorry, we cannot split the order into multiple hat color / styles.
We absolutely cannot do under the required 150 hat minimum due to fabric and labor requirements.
We recommend that you choose our domestic custom hat program, which has a 75 pcs. minimum per style.
Production can take up to 35-45 days.

Yes, all of our blanks do come with our logo on the metal clasp.
We are constantly restocking items each month so please make sure to sign-up for an e-mail notification on the sold out item's product page so you’ll be first to know as soon as we have it restocked on our website.
Terms & Conditions
Buyer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Buyer shall notify Seller in writing within three days of Buyer's receipt of the merchandise of any claims for damages resulting from delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered by Buyer, including, without limitation, claims related to shortages, quality, etc.
Seller shall not be liable for any work performed by any third party vendor referred by Seller and hereby waives any right to assert any claim against Seller for work performed by any other third party or vendor.
Weld Mfg reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics. All orders are subject to availability.
Authorized returns and exchanges must be shipped within 30 days after Customer's receipt of merchandise. Buyer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Seller's error. Weld Mfg is not responsible for lost shipments on items being returned.
Returns will not be accepted on merchandise that has been altered / decorated, laundered or modified. Any and all accepted returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Custom Socks
Minimums start at 100 socks per design for Full Custom. The design on each sock in the pair must be the same.
Once you pay and we receive sock details—plus an email of your finalized vector artwork—we'll get you on our schedule.
It typically takes 7-10 business days to receive photos of a pre-production sample. Once those photos are approved, it will take approximately 20-25 business days for full production.

All colors on the drop down menu of the Custom Socks page are available for full custom orders. If there are any specific requests, please check with our Art Dept.
Unfortunately, we cannot take on any custom jobs under our 100 pcs per design minimum or split into different colors, styles, or designs, as we do our best to minimize waste.
Unfortunately, we are not offering orders of custom sock samples at this time. If you want to see a sample, especially of a specific color, fabric, or style, we recommend purchasing whatever you're exactly trying to see here.

Delivery
We ship worldwide during the business week: Monday through Friday, except Holidays, from Lehi, Utah. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days and notifications containing tracking are sent to the e-mail provided with the order.
By selecting Weld Mfg Package Protection at checkout and paying an additional fee of 2% of your order subtotal, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the event that your package never arrives or is damaged upon arrival, you can submit a claim and receive a replacement order or be reimbursed with a store credit.
Any claims for packages marked "delivered" but not received must be made seven (7) days after delivery confirmation date to ensure it was not mis-delivered, found at a neighbors, held at the post office, or incorrectly marked delivered by the carrier etc., but no longer than 14 days.
Only the initial order placed with Package Protection is covered. Subsequent shipments, including the replacement order itself, are not covered.
Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are only eligible for a replacement order or store credit, no refunds.

Marked "Delivered": After 7 days of Delivery Confirmation Date, No Longer than 14 days of Delivery Confirmation Date.
Not Marked "Delivered": After 10 days of Shipping Date, No Longer than 30 days of Delivery Confirmation Date.
International
Marked "Delivered": After 7 days of Delivery Confirmation Date, No Longer than 14 days of Delivery Confirmation Date.
Not Marked "Delivered": After 25 days of Shipping Date, No Longer than 50 days of Delivery Confirmation Date.
If you have not purchased Weld Mfg Package Protection for your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, and cannot replace or refund your order.
If your package have not received your package, please contact the carrier with the tracking number provided.
We are pleased to confirm that we do ship internationally!

Returns & Exchanges
As long as unworn and unwashed (try on’s are ok), and within our 30 day window, you can process a return or exchange here: https://weldmfg.co/a/return.
Please note that products that have been customized cannot be returned or exchanged.
Weld Mfg will exchange or provide refunds on all non-clearance / *non-custom received within 30 days of your package's dispatch from our facilities.
Both exchange and return items must appear unworn and unwashed in order to be processed for a refund. If the returned or exchanged product is found to have been used by our inspections department, no refund will be offered. The item can be sent back to you at your expense or destroyed at our warehouse.
* Custom hats, socks, button-ups, or sweatshirts are not eligible for refunds.
If you receive a defective product, we must be notified within the first three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement.
Yes you can however wholesale returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
