What are your minimums?

Customize Existing Blanks:. The minimum to have us add embroidery or a patch to our blank hats for your brand, business, company, or organization is 75 hats per design.

Can I do less than the minimum?

If you're looking to do under the 75 hat minimum we have in place then we highly recommend ordering our blanks via Wholesale and having them decorated by a local embroiderer or screenprinter. We can have your order of blank hats shipped directly to

What is your turnaround?

Customize Existing Blanks:. Once paid, artwork is finalized, and initial proofs are approved, the turnaround for the embroidery itself is typically 2 weeks. If you decide to add a patch, please add an additional 2 weeks to the lead time.

Can I split my order into two different hats?

Sorry we cannot split an order into two different colors.

Can I change the strap or another detail of the hats?

Customize Existing Blanks:. Since we are using our existing blank hats for decoration, we cannot make any adjustments to the hat itself.

How do I get started?

What are the specs for the artwork?

The artwork should be to the size you'd like it made on your hat. Our max embroidery size is 2.5" x 5". We need vectorized files of your artwork saved as .ai, .eps, or .pdf. Do not send us flat images just saved as .ai, .eps, etc. they need to be act
